Since 2005 and drawing on over 10 years experience, Bottlefed have been delivering creative workshops and performance projects for children, young people and adults (professionals and non-professionals) in a wide range of educational, community and theatrical settings across the UK and internationally. Ongoing professional performers’ training is as important for us as involving people in theatre projects who don’t usually have access to the arts.

We believe that the arts are an essential tool for personal as well as professional development and it is our priority to provide a safe space for our participants to develop their creativity through the language of movement and drama. We are committed to designing and delivering innovative, high-quality workshops which are tailor made to your needs.

All our workshops are based on our own approach when devising performance material. They are delivered as a combination of creative dance and drama improvisation, physical theatre, storytelling, creative writing, contact improvisation and choreography/composition techniques.
